I spent my 20s in the Royal Navy. I served on many ships with senior management roles as second in command on the 70m HMS Shetland and then Commanding Officer of HMS Manly. I spent time at sea in Yachting as a Chief Officer and then in Command.

Co-founding bluewater in 1991 with John Wyborn and Peter Bennett, I built up the companie’s yacht management division which I currently head.
